Quick Start Guide
Ralana connects two or more phones in the same physical space into one cohesive interactive canvas:
- Step 1: Launch Ralana on two or more iOS or Android devices.
- Step 2: On one device, start a room to generate a connection QR code.
- Step 3: On the other device(s), scan the QR code to join the room.
- Step 4: Align the devices side-by-side or as prompted and begin the experience!
Camera & Motion Permissions
Ralana requests camera permission strictly to scan the connection QR code, and motion sensor access to assist in calibrating the relative positions of your devices. If you previously denied these permissions, you can re-enable them in your phone's Settings under Ralana.
Beta Program & Testing
Ralana is currently in closed beta testing via Apple TestFlight (iOS) and Google Play Console Closed Testing (Android). If you'd like to join our testing group, send an email to support@andelser.com with your device model.
Reporting a Bug or Issue
When reporting an issue, please let us know:
- The phone models participating (e.g., iPhone 15, Google Pixel 8);
- Operating system versions (iOS / Android);
- A brief description of what happened and any error messages displayed.
