Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ralana mobile application and its website, provided by Andelser LLC ("Andelser," "we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Ralana, you agree to these Terms.
1. All Ages & Family Use
Ralana is designed for shared experiences and is suitable for users of all ages. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (or under 13 in the United States), you may use Ralana with the permission and guidance of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Ralana Service
Ralana allows multiple compatible mobile devices to connect into a room for shared interactive experiences. Most experiences require two or more devices and an active internet connection to communicate through our relay service.
3. Beta Software Disclaimer
Ralana is currently provided as a pre-release beta for testing and evaluation purposes. Beta features may experience interruptions, unexpected behavior, or changes at any time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the beta service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Ralana lawfully and responsibly. You agree not to:
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the relay servers or networks;
- Access or attempt to access another user's room, session, or device without permission;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application or service, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
- Use the service to transmit malicious software, spam, or abusive content.
5. Intellectual Property
Ralana, including its underlying software, graphics, user interface designs, trademarks, and logos, is the property of Andelser LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the service or its intellectual property, except for the limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes during the beta.
6. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Ralana is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Andelser LLC and its members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to use) Ralana.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of Ralana shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically as the product evolves. When updates occur, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page.
